Privacy and User Agreement

This site is owned and operated by FleetFare.com. Your access and use of FleetFare digital properties are subject to this Privacy and User Agreement, the Terms of Service, and applicable law.

By continuing to use FleetFare properties, you acknowledge this notice and agree that FleetFare may update policy language from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes.

1. Analytics and Tracking Disclosure

FleetFare uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand product usage, page performance, conversion flow quality, and consent/compliance outcomes.

Analytics processing is used for aggregate reporting such as sessions, CTA interactions, pricing intent, chat progression, form outcomes, and legal/consent engagement trends.

FleetFare analytics payload policy blocks direct identifiers and free-form personal content from event payloads, including email addresses, phone numbers, OTP codes, and raw message text.

2. Cookie Categories and Processing Purposes

  • Strictly necessary storage: required for core site and security operation. These controls are always active.
  • Analytics storage: used for aggregate measurement and product journey analytics when you grant analytics consent.
  • Advertising storage controls: includes ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization states where applicable.

3. Consent Defaults and Choice Management

FleetFare initializes analytics and ad-related consent signals to denied by default until a user makes a choice through the consent interface.

Analytics events and pageview tracking are not dispatched until analytics storage is granted.

You can accept all, reject all, or set granular preferences. You can reopen and revise these preferences at any time using the Privacy Preferences control in the footer.

4. Data Retention and International Transfers

FleetFare configures GA4 reporting data retention to an operational window of up to 14 months unless a shorter or longer period is required by law, incident response obligations, or fraud prevention controls.

Analytics data may be processed by service providers in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, FleetFare applies contractual and organizational safeguards for cross-border transfer handling.

5. Privacy Rights

For EEA and UK users, FleetFare supports rights to:

  • Access personal data and obtain a copy where applicable.
  • Rectify inaccurate personal data.
  • Request erasure in circumstances permitted by law.
  • Object to or restrict specific processing activities.
  • Receive portable data where portability applies.

For California and similar US privacy frameworks, FleetFare supports rights to:

  • Notice of categories and purposes of personal information processing.
  • Request access and deletion where rights apply.
  • Request correction where rights apply.
  • Opt out of processing categories where opt-out rights are provided by law.

6. Request Workflow

To submit a privacy or consent-related request, use the FleetFare contact workflow available from the footer Contact link. Include enough detail for identity verification and request scope so FleetFare can process your request under applicable timelines.

7. AI and Communications Disclosure

FleetFare services may include AI-powered chat and AI-assisted call workflows. Responses may be generated or supported by automated systems and should be reviewed for business-critical decisions.

To provide verification and service access, FleetFare may collect and process your name, email address, and phone number, and may contact you by email or SMS for one-time passcodes, support, operational notices, and product updates.

By using FleetFare chat and communication features, you consent to these AI and communication workflows under applicable law and agree to review the Terms of Service for additional legal terms.
